Aidyn is a skilled and empathetic registered psychologist who has a background in private practice and organisational settings. She is passionate about working with adolescents and adults to improve their health and wellbeing, develop effective skills to navigate their challenges, and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Using warmth and openness, she aims to create a collaborative and safe therapeutic space for clients to create meaningful and lasting change.

Aidyn’s approach is holistic, integrated, and human-centred, tailoring each intervention to the individual based on their unique background and needs.
She has expertise in the psychological assessment and provision psychotherapy to address a wide range of concerns, including acute and complex trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship and family difficulties, personality disorders, body image and eating disorders.

She draws upon evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to empower clients in their healing process.

Aidyn is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and maintains membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
