I have experience in organisational and private settings with over a year in EAP psychology counselling. I have worked with people presenting with Anxiety, Depression and Trauma, I also have extensive experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum in a previous role and as a psychologist.
I believe the best way to enact positive change is to listen carefully and work with the goals the client brings to the session. I use a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, focusing on establishing realistic and achievable habits.
Qualifications
AHPRA registered Provisional Psychologist and AAPI member.
Professional MPSYCH, BPSYCHSci (Hons) and a Cert IV in Mental Health.
Approach
My preferred approaches include Cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT), trauma informed practice, Motivational interviewing and establishing positive health habits.
