Family Violence

Family Violence

Women are at least three times more likely than men to experience violence from an intimate partner, and the exposure of children to family violence can have a severe adverse effect on their intellectual, emotional, and physical development.

It is important for us all to feel safe and respected in our relationships.  Family violence is never ok and can take on many forms, neglect, physical, verbal, emotional, psychological, sexual, financial, spiritual, social abuse.

A healthy relationship gives you freedom, is not abusive, and is respectful.
