I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their own paths to wellbeing, healing and personal transformation. I support clients’ freedom of choice and self-determination to address presenting issues, identify goals and find their own solutions. My holistic approach means understanding clients beyond their presenting symptoms and supporting them in a way that is unique to their needs and life experiences.

I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Narrative Therapy (NT), as well as more contemporary mindfulness-based and EMDR techniques (currently in training).
